How reseller pay works

Three rates. Simple rules.

Your sales in a month set the rate for businesses you sign that month. Your month runs from the day of your first sale, not the calendar — sign your first business on the 14th and your month runs the 14th to the 13th, every month after. That rate stays with each business.

The rules

Four things to know.

1

Your month sets the rate

All businesses you sign in your current month get the rate you finish that month with. Your month runs from the day of your first sale, not the calendar.

2

Signed businesses keep their rate

A later good or slow month does not change the rate on businesses already signed.

3

One slow month is forgiven

Your first month below the keep number each quarter does not lower your level. Another slow month drops it by one.

4

Moving back up takes the full number

To regain Operator, sign 20 in a month. To regain Partner, sign 40.

When a business pays

Your share is recorded.

Each paid monthly bill creates commission at that business’s rate. Your dashboard shows the amount and its status.

Processor fees: They are deducted from your share.

Setup fee: The full amount is credited to your share before processor fees.

Payout: Commission is held before payout so refunds and payment disputes can be handled.

Refunds: A refunded or disputed payment can reverse its commission.
